Planet Ride IS A CONNECTING PLATFORM, HOLDING A TRAVEL AGENCY LICENSE AS DEFINED IN THE ARTICLE L.211-1 OF THE FRENCH TOURISM CODE AND whose core business is to promote excursions with all types of motorized vehicles in the world proposed by carefully selected Specialist Partners.
As part of its activity and in order to offer a wide range of services throughout the world, Planet Ride benefits from partnerships with local tourist operators in many regions of the world [hereinafter, the “Specialist Partners”], in particular within the Planet Ride program (hereinafter the “Planet Ride”) accessible at the following address: www.planet-ride.com.
Planet Ride is registered with the Travel and Holiday Operators Register of Atout France (Atout France registration certificate n° IM075160031 issued on April 12, 2016.
Atout France (or French Tourist Development Agency) is an economic interest group (EIG) placed under the supervision of the minister for tourism and whose head office is located at 79/81, rue de Clichy, 75009 Paris, tel . : 01.42.96.70.00.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.211-18 of the Tourism Code, Planet Ride (i) benefits from a financial guarantee with the APST (Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme), (ii) is insured with GAN ASSURANCES, under contract number 151.552. 366 for Professional Liability Insurance and (iii) fulfills the conditions of professional aptitude required by the above article in view of its exercise in France.

The Site as well as any dispute relating to the use of the Site - in particular any transaction carried out on the Site - to which Planet Ride would be a party, are subject to French law.
These legal notices as well as the general conditions of use of the Site are subject to the regulations applicable in France in terms of consumption, tourism, or contracts concluded remotely and on the Internet, and in particular the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the Tourism Code, the Civil Code, law No. 2004-575 for confidence in the digital economy of June 21, 2004 (loi pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique, LCEN) , or the Intellectual Property Code and Law No. 78-17 relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978 (hereinafter, “Data Processing and Freedoms” law).

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY PLANET RIDE WITHIN PLANET RIDE MAY BE USED BY THE COMPANY, BY ITS EMPLOYEES OR BY ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING TOURIST SERVICES TO USERS IN THE CONTEX OF ITS ACTIVITY, AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE PROCESSING OF RESERVATIONS MADE WITH PLANET RIDE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PLANET RIDE PROGRAM, OR TO MEET ANY REQUEST OR QUESTION CONCERNING THE SITE OR THE SERVICES PROPOSED IN THE TOURIST SERVICES.
USERS ARE INFORMED THAT PLANET RIDE AS PART OF PLANET RIDE IS LIKELY TO COMMUNICATE THEIR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES, SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS AND PRIOR CONSENT OF THE USER CONCERNED OR ANY COMPETENT PUBLIC AUTHORITY WHEN LAWS AND REGULATIONS IMPOSE.
The personal data of Users will be kept by Planet Ride as part of its Planet Ride program, in a strictly confidential manner and may only be reused for the purposes for which they were collected and for the purposes for which the persons concerned have expressly consented, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
For any other use of Users' personal data, for purposes other than those mentioned above, Planet Ride as part of Planet Ride will obtain the prior consent of the Users concerned, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLES 38 AND THOSE THEREAFTER IN THE DATA PROTECTION ACT, ANY USER HAS A RIGHT OF OPPOSITION, ACCESS, CORRECTION OR DELETION OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA, BY CONTACTING PLANET RIDE AT THE CONTACT ADDRESS INDICATED HEREIN.

Planet Ride may place a cookie on the user's computer. A cookie does not allow Planet Ride to identify it; however, it records information relating to the User's computer navigation on the www.planet-ride.com site and can be used to:
– establish statistics and volumes of visits and use of the various elements that make up the Site (headings and content visited, routes), and allow Us to improve the interest and ergonomics of the services consulted on the Site;
